HOUSTON -– Deputies said they will review surveillance video from a
southwest Harris County corner store that was broken into early Thursday
morning.
According to the Harris County Sheriff's Office, it was around 3 a.m.
when two men pried their way through a metal gate to get into the Shop
& Go store in the 12200 block of Bissonnet near Cook Road. Once
inside the store, the men then climbed through the roof to enter the
locked clerk’s register booth.
The whole thing was caught on camera, but the men were wearing ski masks, deputies said.
The men took cigarettes and an unknown amount of cash before getting away.
Deputies conducted a search of the immediate area, but the men were never found.
